Description:

Brush washing and peeling machine is a kind of cleaning equipment widely used in vegetable and seafood processing line. It can fulfill the function of washing, peeling by the rotation of roll brushes and spray from spray pipes.

It comprises motor, speed transmission and brush rollers etc.The support part and casing are made of SUS304. Nine roll brushes are arranged like U style as cleaning chamber and spray pipes are installed over the machine. When vegetables rotate inside the U chamber with roll brush, the spray pipe begin to spray water and clean the stuffs. At one side of the machine, there is a U style outlet, the vegetable can be discharged when cleaning or at last when all vegetables cleaned or peeled well.

The machine working can be continuously discharged and intermittently discharged, advanced in design, convenient operation, high efficiency, low waste rate, hygiene and safety, it is the ideal equipment for the vegetable processing industry.

Application

Recommendation:

1:  if for fresh potatoes, always use 9 brush rollers

2:  if for old potatoes, to peel them thoroughly, use 5 brush rollers+4 emery rollers

3:  if for thin peel potatoes or carrot, use the soft brushes to lower the waste rate

4:  if for only washing, no peeling, use soft brushes to wash off the surface dirt, meanwhile achieve polishing purpose, like mango, orange, carrot washing and so on.

5:  if for cassava, fish scale or oyster, hard brushes or emery roller is better
